Position Overview
We are an established Disaster Restoration company that's been in business for almost 40 years and have recently experienced significant growth. Due to our expansion, we are in search of a Production Manager to oversee our rebuild team.
The Production Manager will oversee insurance reconstruction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction as well as insurance reconstruction, possess excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse team and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters.
