Position Overview
We are an established Disaster Restoration company that's been in business for almost 40 years and have recently experienced significant growth. Due to our expansion, we are in search of a Production Manager to oversee our rebuild team.

The Production Manager will oversee insurance reconstruction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction as well as insurance reconstruction, possess excellent leadership skills to manage a diverse team and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall production process and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Oversee and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Lead and mentor the rebuild team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Negotiate with insurance adjusters.

Qualifications

Construction background that must include at least some insurance rebuild experience.
Familiarity with Xactimate (must be able to read and understand, do not need to be proficient).
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent negotiation skills, particularly with insurance adjusters.
Familiarity with building codes.
Experience with restoration industry CRMs such as DASH, Xcelerate, CoreLogic, Salesforce, etc.
