We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with a strong background in Precision Machining, Automation, and Medical Device Manufacturing. The Process Engineer will be expected to develop and maintain processes to ensure product quality and troubleshoot technical issues. As a Process Engineer you will be expected to work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure that production processes are efficient and running smoothly.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the manufacturing processes and ensuring quality control, while meeting the safety and cost objectives. You will be expected to analyze data to determine areas of improvement. Must be able to work a 12 hr shift on a rotating schedule starting out.
We are looking for a Process Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Precision Machining. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Automation, CNC, 5 Axis, Laser Welding, SPC, Injection Molding, Metal Fabrication, GD&T, Minitab, Medical Device, MSA, and DOE.
This role pays between $80,000 - $130,000 annually. We also offer 401k, PTO, medical, dental, and vision benefits.
