We are looking for an experienced Technical Presales Engineer who has extensive knowledge or interest in IoT! This person will be responsible for delivering presentations to customers and prospects, providing pre-sales technical support for products, and helping customers with inquiries. You will be a leader on the team, managing and guiding others in support of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and consultations to customers and prospects
- Deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects to explain product features and benefits
- Provide engineering support to customers using products
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and prospects
- Lead technical meetings with customers and support team members
- Work with the sales team to respond to customer requirements
- Help develop new product sales strategies
- Create and maintain technical documents
- Remain up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry trends
