Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Technician located in Houston, TX. As a PPM Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on cooling and refrigeration systems.
Responsible for ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and meeting safety regulations.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
Comply with company and industry safety standard.
Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in a related industry
Strong knowledge of cooling and refrigeration systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must Have qualifications:
2 years of experience in HVAC
EPA Certification Certification in cooling and refrigeration systems
Experience with planned preventative maintenance programs
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
