Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled PM/Estimator to oversee and manage various industrial painting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial coatings and painting, with proven experience in project management and estimating costs effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee industrial painting projects from inception to completion.
Prepare detailed estimates for project costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial painting sector.
Strong knowledge of industrial coatings and painting techniques.
Experience in cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
