Title: Plant Manager
Location: Houston, TX or Open to relocating
Salary: $160,000-$200,000
Requirements: 10+ years of experience with a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree

We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our rice packaging plant. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team, overseeing plant efficiency, handling the R&M budget, and driving improvement initiatives. The candidate will also oversee project installations and commissioning within budget and timelines. A strong background in industrial engineering and project management is required.
