What You Will Be Doing

We're looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our rice packaging plant. Responsibilities include managing the engineering team, overseeing plant efficiency, handling the R&M budget, and driving improvement initiatives. The candidate will also oversee project installations and commissioning within budget and timelines. A strong background in industrial engineering and project management is required.

What You Need for this Position

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
Proven experience in engineering management, preferably in a retort plant or similar manufacturing environment.
Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of leading complex engineering project
Familiarity with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the food processing industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of SAP and Industry 4.0 will be a plus.
