We are looking for an experienced Partner to join our legal team and provide comprehensive immigration services to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of immigration law and must also possess knowledge of business immigration, I9, , , permits, and corporate law. This position requires an Associate Attorney with a passion for immigration law and expertise in identifying various immigration strategies to support the objectives of our clients.
Position Overview: The Partner will provide immigration services to our corporate clients by drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, training staff on immigration law and procedures, conducting research on immigration related topics, and developing effective strategies. The Partner will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to our corporate clients, as well as for leading the immigration team.
