Job Title: Family Law Paralegal
Location: Full time onsite in Dallas, TX (Possible hybrid options in future)
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 Annual Base Salary, 100% Covered Employee Benefits Medical; Dental; Vision; PTO, 401K with match
Requirements: 5+ years experience with Family Law Industry, Paralegal in Dallas area
Our Firm has been in family law for over 40 years and is one of the most reputable and trustworthy firms in the Texas region. We are looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team. The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Family Law firm and strong experience helping prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions and court orders for review.

What You Will Be Doing:

5+ years of experience in Family Law as a Paralegal
Strong experience as a Paralegal in the Dallas area
Paralegal Certificate (Preferred not required)
Strong understanding of Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
