We are a strong digital marketing company looking for a Paid Ads and Content Specialist to join our growing team! We are looking for someone to work with our clients, who is strong in strategy and implementation of successful paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience with PPC/Paid Ad Management, email marketing/demand generation, and/or SEO content strategy and writing for clients. If you are stronger on the content side and want to gain the Paid ad experience, we still want to hear from you!
We would love someone who could come into our office from time to time, otherwise REMOTE is fine.
What You Will Be Doing
- PPC client campaign setup, management, and client consulting for various types of paid ad spending - Google and Bing, as well as paid social sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Perform monthly campaign activities for PPC campaigns, including bid management, budget allocation & recommendations, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic planning & testing, and campaign expansion
- Provide ongoing keyword reviews and optimizations, recommendations for campaign growth, enhancements, and other innovations for campaign success
- Execute tests, collect & analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve max ROI
- Audit performance, tracking, pacing, settings and work with analysts and developers to ensure all landing pages, monitoring, and tagging are properly implemented
- Stay up to date with the latest news and PPC trends, tools, and best practices with a desire to bring innovative thinking to evolve the department
- Meeting with clients and qualifying inbound prospect leads for our sales team
- Collaboration with the digital marketing team members to improve client results
- Performing any needed tasks around doing organic SEO efforts for client websites
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of experience in paid ads management, and 5+ years total in business marketing experience with experience working in a digital agency for multiple clients
- Experience managing and running paid ad campaigns for several clients at once with budgets of all sizes ($1K, $5K, $10k/month ad spend etc.) The more platforms you have experience with the better (Google, Bing, Amazon, LinkedIn, Pandora etc.)
- Experience successfully creating content on your own with success ranking in the search results
- Strong knowledge and/or passion for growing existing abilities in paid ads and client traffic, referrals, and/or leads
- Strong knowledge and experience developing paid marketing strategy ideas / plans for businesses
- Strong knowledge and experience in marketing small businesses
- Passion and experience in marketing analytics and research to improve client results
- Digital marketing experience preferred - SEO, PPC, content marketing, blogging, social media, e-mail marketing
- Ideally the candidate would have some experience with inbound marketing, e-mail marketing automation campaigns / CRMs and marketing to sales funnel conversions
- Comfortable helping sales team with qualifying digital marketing leads interested in working with us (client facing)
- Comfortable working directly with clients and meeting with clients, as required
- Self-starting and able to operate independently of direct supervision
What's In It for You
We offer a base salary of $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience with excellent benefits!
