Office Manager

Position Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support the team, and maintain a productive office environment while also having the opportunity to contribute to financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide support in their roles
  • Coordinate office activities and events to promote team engagement
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and manage purchasing
  • Assist with financial tasks such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and GAAP standards
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong understanding of office management procedures and systems
  • Familiarity with A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Basic knowledge of finance and GAAP principles
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
