Job Title: NetSuite Developer - Publicly Traded REIT
Job Location: Ontario CA or Tampa Florida

Requirements: 3+ Years Experience Software Engineer experience utilizing NetSuite
We are a growing nontraded, public REIT with a dynamic team managing over a $100mil in real estate . As we keep expanding we are looking to bring on a high level NetSuite Developer. You'll play a pivotal role in continuing the growth of the company!
- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and issues and assess how NetSuite can be utilized as a solution to ongoing issues within business operations that can be addressed with an ERP system
- Plan, review, revise, develop, test and deploy feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs
- Develop and maintain software documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Perform code and script reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3+ years of experience implementing NetSuite at medium to large sized companies, bonus if experience includes the real estate industry
- 5+ years of experience developing NetSuite customizations with SuiteScript
- Substantial experience working in finance, real estate, REITs, accounting etc.
- Substantial experience with NetSuite as both a user and a developer
- Substantial experience developing in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Substantial experience in working with databases and writing queries in SQL
- NetSuite certification(s) preferred
- Strong competitive salary $100,000 - $160,000+
