Masonry & Concrete Restoration Estimator/Project Manager
This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate estimates for masonry and concrete restoration projects. The Estimator/Project Manager should have a strong knowledge of masonry and concrete construction, with a focus on commercial and renovation projects. This position will be a key liaison between the customer, the project team, and the masonry & concrete crews.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans and specifications to calculate masonry and concrete restoration costs and quantities.
Develop accurate estimates for labor and materials.
Identify potential project risks, and develop options to address them.
Establish and maintain good relations with clients, contractors and vendors.
Monitor and manage project progress to ensure successful completion within the timeline and budget.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the project.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in masonry and concrete construction, restoration, and renovation projects.
Extensive knowledge of stone and brick masonry and concrete work.
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
OSHA safety certification.
