Title: Maintenance Tech (Instrument)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Hourly: Up to $40 an hour
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will work in a team environment to ensure that our manufacturing facility remains running efficiently and safely. The Technician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of instrumentation, pneumatic systems, chemical processes, valves, and other related systems. The Technician will also be responsible for the calibration and preventive maintenance of these components.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing installation, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on instrumentation, pneumatic systems, chemical processes, valves, and other related systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, chemical, and mechanical systems
Monitor and adjust process variables to ensure consistent and safe operation of equipment and machinery
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance and repair activities
Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Working with other technicians to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and machinery
Qualifications:
High school diploma and relevant technical training or equivalent experience
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
Proficiency with electrical, pneumatic, chemical, and mechanical systems
Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
CMMS (SAP a plus)
