The Residential Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury home construction and be well-versed in all aspects of residential construction, including single-home, ground-up custom homes, foundation, and roofing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
.- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure their work meets project specifications.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors
.- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and report progress to senior management
.Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in high-end residential construction.
- Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, including luxury home construction, single-home, ground-up custom homes, foundation, and roofing.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with various stakeholders
.- Proficient in project management software
.- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
.- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
