Job Title: Litigation Paralegal - Plaintiff Personal Injury
Job Location: New York, NY (on site)
Salary: $55K-$95K DOE
Requirements: Paralegal, Plaintiff PI, Labor Law, Litigation
- Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation
- Write or summarize reports to help attorneys prepare for trials
- Draft correspondence and legal documents
- Additional tasks as assigned by attorneys
- AS/BS, or paralegal certification preferred
- 2+ years experience working as a paralegal
- Plaintiff personal injury experience
- Labor law experience
- Experience with Bill of Particulars, legal drafting, litigation support, etc.
