- Competitive Salary ($150K - $200K)

- Full-time Paralegal Support

- Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
- Conduct research and work on discovery
- Handle depositions and mediations through trial
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Represent clients in court
- Supervise paralegal and work with them on a day-to-day basis
- 3+ Years of Litigation Experience (Business/Real Estate Law preferred)
- J.D. Degree or Esquire
- California Bar Member
- Experience handling Estate Trusts/Probates
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Background working in an environment with Billable Hours
