Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and well-versed Litigation Associate to join our legal team. The individual in this role will specialize in all aspects of commercial litigation, including case assessment, research, negotiation, and strategy development. The Litigation Associate will work closely with other members of the legal team to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
