Position Overview: We are looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law. The successful candidate will develop strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes, draft, review, and negotiate labor and employment contracts, and provide guidance on labor and employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise clients on various labor and employment law matters, including labor and employment contracts, wage and hour laws, workplace safety, discrimination, and termination processes.
-Analyze labor and employment laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
-Draft, review, and negotiate labor and employment contracts.
-Represent clients in labor and employment disputes before state and federal courts and tribunals.
-Monitor labor and employment changes and advise clients on new regulations and laws.
-Develop strategies to resolve labor and employment disputes.
-Assist with onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor degree or equivalent.
-Admission to CA bar with good standing and active license
-3-7+ years of experience working in labor and employment law
-Familiarity with labor and employment laws and regulations.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to remain calm and level-headed in challenging situations.
