The position of Inside Sales Specialist, will play a critical role in business development. Driving revenue growth by managing sales activities from within the office.This includes: handling inbound and outbound sales calls. Setting appointments where appropriate for the outside sales team. Building relationships with potential customers, closing business and achieving sales targets.
Key focus of this Inside Sales Specialist will be to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns and social media. 80% of your time will be on generating new business opportunities. 20% will be supporting the Outside Sales Team and working closely with the Customer Support Team. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and prospects. CRM experience is required.
