Position Summary:
Seeking an In-House Counsel to advise on legal matters, manage compliance, and support operations in forensic engineering and laboratory testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and strategic advice.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel.
- Conduct legal research and support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree and active Bar membership.
- 5+ years of legal experience, including litigation and/or corporate counsel.
- Regulatory compliance background preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
