HVAC Service Technician:

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Commercial Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC-related issues in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects and service requests efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
Keep accurate records of all service work and maintenance performed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service and repair, specifically in commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and HVAC maintenance principles.
Familiarity with commercial systems, refrigeration, and electrical systems is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex HVAC issues.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses as required by local regulations.
Knowledge of building automation systems and energy efficiency practices is advantageous.
