We are looking for an experienced General Superintendent with a strong background in commercial construction and multifamily construction to join our team. The General Superintendent will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the project, upholding safety standards, and ensuring that high-quality work is delivered on schedule and within budget. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The General Superintendent is responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising contractors, laborers, vendors, and all other personnel involved in a project. The Superintendent must have a thorough understanding of all facets of construction operations, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
