Position Overview:The Foreman for Residential Construction will oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate a team of construction workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring they are following safety protocols and completing tasks efficiently
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure the project is being built according to the design
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project is progressing smoothly
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Monitor and maintain project budgets and schedules
Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials to ensure high-quality standards are met
Train and mentor new construction workers and provide ongoing training to current employees

Qualifications:

At least 5+ years in a Foreman Role
5+ years of experience with Custom Home Residential Projects
Extensive experience of Carpentry and Framing
Knowledge Electrical and Mechanical Components
