Plant Maintenance Supervisor/Manager/Superintendent

This position is for a Plant Maintenance Manager/Superintendent who will be responsible for the general maintenance, operations, and repairs of the plants industrial and manufacturing equipment.
The Plant Maintenance Superintendent will plan and oversee the maintenance program and ensure that preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
They will also be responsible for direction/leadership of a diverse team of engineers and technicians who will be directly troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automation problems, and permforming and planning scheduled and preventive maintenance repairs and breakdowns.

We are offering a competitive salary, in the range in 95,000 annually to 115,000 annually, paid as a salary, including a benefit plan that includes :
· Up to 8% Quarterly Incentive Bonus (based on site performance)
· Up to 5% Discretionary Annual Bonus (based on company performance)
· Up to 4% 401k match
· 2% Automatic Retirement Contribution- Starts the March after 1 year of service
· (2) weeks of vacation
· Floating Holiday
· Benefits- Medical/Dental/Vision start day 1"
