Based in Phoenix, AZ, we're an established and community driven healthcare provider with locations all throughout the greater Phoenix market. Currently, we are looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible, Physcians with Primary Care experience in Family Practice and/or Inernal Medicine.
What You Will Be Doing
Provide high quality medical care to a wide variety of patients. (sick and well visits - diabetes - hypertension - obese - chronic illness)
Work schedule: Mon-Friday: 8am-5pm + On Call Rotation
What You Need for this Position
We will consider New Grads or 3 Year Residents
Proven relevant experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine.
Board Certified/Board Eligible.
Current Arizona License - not requied to interview but must be acquired to be privileged
DEA Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
