Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of family law and divorce cases and be able to provide sound legal advice in family legal matters. This position will include advising clients, representing them in court, and providing strategic and creative solutions to clients facing family law issues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise clients on family law issues, including alimony, divorce, child custody, visitation, and division of property
-Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements when applicable
-Analyze legal documents and provide legal advice to clients in all matters of family law
-Prepare legal documents and provide instructions to clients on legal procedures
-Stay up to date on changes in family law and court decisions
-Provide creative strategies and solutions to clients facing complex family law issues
-Provide personalized service to all clients
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
-Admission to the applicable state Bar Association
-Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Family Law
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Diligent, highly organized, and detail-oriented
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
