We are a large heavy civil firm actively looking for an Estimator to join our team in Missouri!
Ideal candidate will have experience estimating earthwork, utilities & concrete.

What you'll be doing:
- Review project plans, specs & other documents to determine SOW & estimate costs
- Assist in prep of cost estimates & proposals for projects
- Collaborate w/ other departments ensuring estimates are accurate
- Follow safety protocol
- Develop/maintain relationships with clients/subs
- Monitor & analyze cost/identify & address cost overrun
What you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction management (preferred)
- 2+ years estimating experience
- Experience estimating on concrete, earthwork & utilities projects
- Strong analytical skills & effective communication
- Proficiency with HCSS, HeavyBid or Bid2Win
- Experience with government contracts preferred
