Job Title: Estimator
Salary: 55K ++ depending on experience
Location: King of Prussia, PA
We are a leading commercial building supply company across PA and New England. Our quality brands have been in business for over 50 years. We are hiring for talented individuals with experience in the commercial door industry.
The Estimator - This position will be responsible for estimating and bidding on projects related to Commercial doors. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in estimating projects from $1,000- 2M+ and be able to identify and pursue strategic initiatives to expand our reach in the market.
Requirements:
- Associates or bachelor's degree or 5+ years of commercial door industry experience
- 5+ years in construction estimating for commercial projects
- Strong business development skills and experience identifying and pursuing strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
