Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney
Location: Acton, MA
Salary: $140K-$160K (base salary) DOE + bonus
Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to MA Bar, Estate Planning
- Meet with clients to thoroughly explain estate planning
- Research and analyze complex legal issues relating to estate planning
- Draft advanced planning and trust documents
- Develop comprehensive protection plans for parents of minor children
- Network in the community (may require after-hour attendance) and with other professionals for cross-selling opportunities
- Attend the Firms' and other seminars to promote personal growth
- Supervise and delegate work to Paralegals to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- JD from accredited law school with admission to MA bar
- Bonus points for admission to New Hampshire Bar
- 5+ years experience within Estate Planning
- Experience drafting asset based trusts
- Experience within financial asset protection, long term family legacy planning, and wealth planning
- Advanced planning expertise relating to minor children a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Experience drafting on a HotDocs platform strongly preferred, Wealth Counsel experience a plus
