Position Overview:
The ERISA Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and advice on matters related to employee benefits and retirement plans. This role requires a thorough understanding of ERISA regulations, tax laws, and industry trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in both qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, as well as health and welfare plans. The ERISA Attorney will also be responsible for providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions involving employee benefits plans.
