What You Will Be Doing

  • Representing both local and national employers

  • Manage extensive contact with clients, opposing counsel and government agencies

  • Litigation and trial work

  • Resolving workplace investigations

  • Legal research 

  • Drafting of legal memoranda, position statements, motions and pleadings

 

What You Need For The Position

  • You will need to be local to Tampa or willing to relocate

  • You should be in licensed to practice and good standing with the FL Bar

  • 2+ years labor and employment experience including litigation
