Due to growth we're looking for a Electrical Estimator experienced in:
-Electrical Construction (Substation)
-Project sizes $50 - $70 Million
-Develop detailed cost estimates for electrical substation projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.

Role Overview:
As a Electrical Estimator, you'll lead our estimation efforts, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability. You'll work closely with our project management teams on a variety of projects, including but not limited to commercial, industrial, and specialized electrical construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the estimation process, ensuring all bids and proposals meet company standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather, assess, and apply cost and time estimates.
- Implement and maintain estimation software and databases for accurate and efficient bidding.
- Drive continuous improvement in the estimation process through technology and training.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience Estimating in Electrical Construction (Substation)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical construction estimation, with a preference for candidates with experience in commercial and industrial projects.
- Strong proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
