Position Overview
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met
• Manage contract negotiations and client relations effectively
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Project for design and project management tasks
• Oversee field coordination to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role
• Journeyman certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC and relevant electrical codes
• Experience in construction management and project execution
• Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling techniques
• Effective risk management skills
• Demonstrated team leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and client relations skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project
• Understanding of electrical systems design and field coordination practices
