Job Title: EHS Manager
Location: Hammond, IN
Salary: $110,000 to $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus!
Requirements: 5+ years of EHS experience within an Industrial Manufacturing or Laboratory setting. Previous management experience is also highly desired.

Due to our consistent growth, we are looking for a EHS Manager to help to help over see all safety and EHS and QA programs. We pride ourselves on making sure we take care of our employees first and are looking for positive additions to join a welcoming and collaborative work culture! Looking for someone with previous EHS experience in an industrial or laboratory setting as our company is a highly reputable organization within the Lead and Metal Manufacturing space. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing or Laboratory setting is a must, as well as experience in EHS, industrial Hygiene, compliance with Federal, State (Illinois), Local and Corporate EHS requirements.

Must have:
- 5+ years of EHS experience
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing or a Lab setting
- Knowledge of environmental compliance with federal, state and local EPA regulations.
- Analytical laboratory experience Knowledge of OSHA General Industry occupational safety programs.
- Computer system experience with Microsoft Office word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to plan and prioritize work and manage time effectively.
