They will have strong operational and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage inventory, payroll, and training requirements. This position will require the ability to think strategically and be adaptive to changing trends in the food service industry.

As District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of 4-5 locations and identifying and implementing solutions to improve team performance. You will be responsible for training and developing staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, and working with other departments to ensure efficiency and quality. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Must have:
- Restaurant management experience
- Training and development experience
- Inventory control experience
