We are a team of experienced therapists providing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Offering both in-home and center-based therapy options.
We are searching for a Director of Operations responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of an organization to ensure efficient and effective operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards. They will be expected to oversee and lead the work of other department personnel to ensure that all operations are running smoothly, including but not limited to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) programs. The Director of Operations will participate in the development of policies, procedures, and performance standards, and will continually evaluate and monitor these procedures to ensure that they are effective and efficient for clients and staff.
