Position Overview
We are seeking a Director, Audience Development to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This senior-level role will oversee paid media, email, and SMS marketing, with a focus on scaling our digital audience across platforms like YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, Twitter/X, Google Ads, and other traffic acquisition channels. It will also lead outreach to build our Creator Network, with the goal of expanding our audience.
