The Development Manager is responsible for executing the process of development for real estate projects with a focus on site due diligence, planning, entitlement, budgeting, and overall management of the land development process from inception to stabilization. The Development Manager will work closely with the development team and report directly to the Senior Vice President. The Development Manager is expected to manage multifaceted tasks concurrently and successfully for multiple projects with short deadlines.
