Position Overview: As our expanding Orlando office's deputy director, you will be the director's right hand man. Managing, coaching, and hiring new employees are all essential parts of this role, as is fostering a positive culture and high morale while upholding an efficient workplace. In order to guarantee that our work is constantly of the highest caliber, you will seek out and produce work that positively affects communities. You will also supervise employee and project performance. Along with collaborating with other offices in the U.S. and Canada, you will help build and lead a talented local team of planners, engineers, and urban designers working on exciting projects in Florida and throughout North America.
We are currently looking for office space, but this full-time role is entirely remote. When office space becomes available, we will give staff members the freedom and tools they need to work two or three days a week from home. In order to develop and serve clients, this role also necessitates a willingness to travel throughout the state of Florida.
