Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. This role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries.
Utilize Excel to manage and analyze customer data, including creating pivot tables for reporting.
Process and manage customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer support or related role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with pivot tables.
Ability to handle invoicing and billing inquiries with accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of support processes, order management, and supply chain concepts is a plus.
