Based in Houston, TX, we're a fire protection and safety equipment designer, manufacturer and distributor. Currently, we are looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our eam.
What You Will Be Doing
Answer incoming calls
Assist clients with needs
Process quotes and orders
Conduct customer service calls
Expedite all distribution and open sales orders
Manage proof of delivery
Join On-Call rotation schedule
Help cover for the receptionist when they are on breaks/lunches/vacations
What You Need for this Position
Associates Degree in a related field or equal amount of experience
3+ years of a customer service department
2+ years of fire and safety product experience
Industry experience in oil & gas/petrochemical sectors
Strong Word, Outlook & Excel experience
Strong communication and project management experience
