Tax Manager

Position Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee the organization's tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, along with the ability to manage a team and provide strategic tax planning to optimize the company's tax position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all tax returns.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Conduct regular reviews of tax compliance processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide strategic guidance on tax planning and risk management.
Collaborate with external auditors during tax audits.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff to enhance their professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex tax issues clearly and effectively.
