We are looking to bring all of that work in house, and are looking for an experienced Cost Segregation Director to helm this initiative. We have been voted best CPA firm to work for in our region year over year, and we have expansive reach into multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cost segregation strategies for clients
- Oversee cost segregation projects from start to finish
- Manage a team of cost segregation staff and ensure accuracy
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and interpret financial regulations related to cost segregation
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of cost segregation strategies
- Prepare reports on cost segregation projects
- Evaluate and recommend changes to improve cost segregation processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or other related field
- 5+ years of experience in cost segregation studies, fixed assets, depreciation, 179D, and 45L
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Superior analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
