Position Overview:
We are seeking a COO to join our team and provide the highest level of leadership and management of our commercial painting and construction operations. The COO will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, managing day-to-day operations, managing personnel and resources, and ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for operations, personnel, and resources to support the overall business objectives
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure efficiency and profitability
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Establish and maintain systems and standards of operations, personnel, and resources
Manage and develop the executive leadership team to ensure alignment with the organizational goals and objectives
Manage and direct all aspects of human resource management, including hiring, training, and staff development
Analyze and monitor operational performance metrics and make adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
5+ years of executive leadership experience in a commercial painting and construction environment
Proven leadership effectiveness and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
