Controls Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for our manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our operations through effective control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
Program and configure PLCs and HMIs for various applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in control processes.
Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Controls Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI programming (especially Allen Bradley).
Familiarity with industrial control systems and network protocols.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
