The Contracts Specialist serves as a business and legal professional who oversees the creation, negotiation, signing and enforcement of business contracts. Their primary responsibilities include preparation of client contracts, negotiation of contract terms with internal and external partners, and the review and and updating of existing contracts. Responsibilities also includes the explanation of terms and conditions to managers and other interested parties. The incumbent also analyzes, develops, and/or maintains associated contracts reporting for the Company. This role is essential for ensuring that all company contracts are fair, legally binding, and conducted in the best interests of the organization. Duties are performed with guidance from a company attorney (as needed), as well as support from corporate and recruiting management (as needed).

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, paralegal studies, law, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the Staffing/Recruiting Industry with demonstrated knowledge of industry terms preferred.
