You will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the site activities, ensuring that the project plan is followed and the project is completed within budget, on time and safely. As Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the construction site and ensuring that the project is completed based on multiple KPI's and company policies and standards. This will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, liaising with subcontractors, ordering materials, supervising the crew, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for managing safety on the job site.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the commercial or multifamily construction industry. You must have an excellent record of site safety management, know how to read blueprints and have a managed multiple projects as a construction site manager (project management is a plus as well).
You should understand quality control, have experience in managing subcontractors and crews, understand Subcontracting Procurement and be proficient in one of the following software: Microsoft Project, Procore, and/or Bluebeam. Knowledge of glass installation and/or concrete builds is a HUGE PLUS!
