Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with ground up and site-work construction projects and will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Lead project planning sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
Manage change orders and ensure all changes are documented properly.
Review and approve submittals from subcontractors for compliance with project specifications.
Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and ensure all questions are addressed promptly.
Define and communicate the project scope to all team members and stakeholders.
Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Strong skills in project scheduling and planning methodologies.
Experience with change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
Knowledge of project scopes and subcontractor solicitation processes.
Proficient in contract negotiation and management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
