I have a client looking for a project manager that could deliver commercial construction projects to both private and public clients in the Charlotte metro area. They are looking for someone who ideally has 5+ years of project management experience with a general contracting firm and knows how to plan and budget a project.
What will you be doing:
- Management of all Permitting aspects of projects.
- Reporting of Construction Budgets for assigned projects
- Project Design Coordination (Collaboration with Engineering & Architectural Consultants
- Management of suppliers and subcontractors of assigned projects
- preparation of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Jobsite meetings with the superintendent for quality control and schedule projections.
