Position Overview
The Project Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project teams and provide guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage client relations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential project delays.
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop project scopes and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Implement Lean practices to enhance project efficiency and reduce waste.
• Facilitate employee development and training to optimize team performance.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, employing strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial and general construction.
• Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent client relations skills with a track record of maintaining positive client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of budget management and scheduling techniques.
• Understanding of design-build and construction management concepts.
